The Belgian Gambling Commission, Kansspelcommissie – Commission des jeux de hasard (CJH), has announced that a Royal Decree on player spending limits for online gambling will come into effect as of October 20th, 2022.
Belgian Online Gambling Deposit Limits Drop to €200 per Week and will see players at online gambling websites limited to maximum deposits of €200 per week per gambling website. The previous limit was €500 per week for each individual website. The week is a seven-day period which is treated as a moving window that begins on the day that the player makes their first deposit. The limit will then reset every seven days.
