Arkansas online sports betting officially became legal on March 4th, 2022 with three casinos in the state now licensed to launch mobile sports betting products.

In 2021, the state collected $1.2 million in taxes from retail sportsbooks and that figure is expected to triple now with the launch of mobile sports betting.
Following the launch, Betly is now operating mobile sportsbooks in two states, Arkansas and West Virginia. However, the online sportsbook is currently only available on PC and Mac browsers for the time being. A Betly spokesperson stated that a mobile app is almost ready for launch and will be available some time in the coming weeks.
Saracen Casino Resort is expected to launch its BetSaracen app in time for the NCAA March Madness tournament while Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort had previously suggested that it would not launch its sports betting app before the third quarter of 2022. However, the timeline for launch is believed to have been moved up the the second quarter.
