BetMGM has announced that it has agreed terms on a deal with Puyallup Tribe of Indians that will see the gaming company operate retail sportsbooks at two tribal casinos in Washington state.

The state gambling commission approved rules in July 2021 and Washington sports betting officially launched on September 9th as the NFL season kicked off.
Current sports betting legislation allows for retail betting at tribal casinos with mobile sports betting only allowed if the customer is located in a tribal property licensed for sports betting.
