Caesars Suitable for Temporary Massachusetts Mobile Sports Betting License

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission (MGC) has announced that it has found that Caesars Sportsbook is suitable for a temporary mobile sports wagering license.

Caesars must now apply for a temporary license which will allow it to accept wagers while a full suitability review is carried out. Prior to this, the company must obtain an operations certificate and meet some additional requirements and conditions before launching.

Caesars Suitable for Temporary Massachusetts Mobile Sports Betting License is set to launch in January, the mobile industry won’t get underway until March at the earliest. It’s possible that Caesars may have received its full license at this point.

The same meeting saw Plainridge Park Casino receive approval for a temporary retail sports betting license.
