DraftKings Acquires Media Company Vegas Sports Information Network

US sports betting operator DraftKings has announced that it has purchased gambling media company Vegas Sports Information Network Inc. (VSiN).

VSiN was co-founded by renowned sportscaster Brent Musberger and his nephew Brian Musberger, and has been delivering betting-focused content since 2017. The acquisition of the multi-platform media company will allow DraftKings to fill media slots for its many partners in the US.

No details on the purchase have been released as of yet but a press release on the DraftKings website confirmed that the deal had gone through.

Speaking of the deal Jason Robins, DraftKings’ co-founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board said:

VSiN currently develops, produces, and broadcasts as much as 18 hours of sports betting content each day. Its live roster includes co-founder Musberger, sportscaster Michael Lombardi, Pauly Howard, Mitch Moss, and former NFL executive, Gill Alexander.

When asked about the deal, Brian Musberger, CEO of VSiN said:
