VSiN was co-founded by renowned sportscaster Brent Musberger and his nephew Brian Musberger, and has been delivering betting-focused content since 2017. The acquisition of the multi-platform media company will allow DraftKings to fill media slots for its many partners in the US.
No details on the purchase have been released as of yet but a press release on the DraftKings website confirmed that the deal had gone through.

Brian Musberger and his leadership team will remain in their positions and continue to run the network’s day-to-day operations.
