VSiN was co-founded by renowned sportscaster Brent Musberger and his nephew Brian Musberger, and has been delivering betting-focused content since 2017. The acquisition of the multi-platform media company will allow DraftKings to fill media slots for its many partners in the US.
No details on the purchase have been released as of yet but a press release on the DraftKings website confirmed that the deal had gone through.
Speaking of the deal Jason Robins, DraftKings’ co-founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board said:

Its live roster includes co-founder Musberger, sportscaster Michael Lombardi, Pauly Howard, Mitch Moss, and former NFL executive, Gill Alexander.
