The Netherlands gambling authority, de Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), has issued a financial penalty warning to online poker provider Winning Poker Network following an investigation into unlicensed gambling activity on the network’s websites.

At that time the company was warned about its activity and assured the KSA that it would no longer allow Dutch players to access its gambling services.
