The Netherlands gambling authority, de Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), has issued a financial penalty warning to online poker provider Winning Poker Network following an investigation into unlicensed gambling activity on the network’s websites.

Dutch Gambling Regulator Issues Financial Penalty Warning to Winning Poker Network, in September 2022 Winning Poker Network was found to have allowed players in the Netherlands to access its unlicensed online poker products and services. At that time the company was warned about its activity and assured the KSA that it would no longer allow Dutch players to access its gambling services.
