At 0-3 down, the Oilers hit odds of +1300 to win the match at online sportsbooks. They scored 4 in a row to lead 4-3 before Florida evened it up at 4-4, sending the game to overtime. Leon Draisaitl scored the match winner to end the game 5-4. Draisaitl also scored in Game 1 OT and became only the third player to score two OT goals in a Stanley Cup series.
The Oilers also made history in their comeback win, becoming only the fourth team post-World War II to come from 3 behind and win in the Finals.
