The five casinos have had their operating licenses put under review after the UKGC discovered the discrepancies.
Shaftesbury Casino Limited and Clockfair Limited have both been ordered to pay a £260,000 regulatory settlement while Les Croupiers Casino Limited will pay a regulatory settlement of £202,500. Double Diamond Gaming Limited will pay a regulatory settlement of £247,000 while A&S Leisure Group Limited will receive a warning and pay a £377,340 fine.
The casinos have also agreed to undergo a programme of improvements that covers reviews and updates to their current AML and social responsibility procedures and policies.
