Fubo Gaming is a subsidiary of TV streaming platform fuboTV Inc. and launched in the first quarter of 2021. The company has already launched its sports betting app in both Iowa and Arizona, and has signed market access deals for future launces in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Texas pending regulatory approval.
The announcement comes just a few months after Fubo signed a marketing partnership deal with the Cavaliers in October 2021.

Cavaliers Deal Will See Fubo Gaming Launch Sportsbook and App in OhioSports betting in Ohio became legal when Governor Mike DeWine signed House Bill 29 into law on December 22nd, 2021. Since then, the Ohio Casino Gaming Control Commission has started the process of drafting rules and regulations for sports betting in the Buckeye State.
The license application and approval process is not expected to take place until late summer or early fall of 2022 while sports betting will officially launch in the state no later than January 1st, 2023.
