Holland Casino is a monopoly license holder for land-based casino games in the Netherlands. This license is separate from its iGaming license meaning that the KSA treats the company as two separate entities for both land-based and online gambling products and services. Once the infraction was pointed out, Holland Casino took steps to remove any links to land-based properties or information relating to them from its iGaming website. For this reason, the KSA has issued a warning only with no financial penalty.
