The Illinois Gaming Board has released its latest monthly revenue report revealing that the state’s sportsbooks set an all-time monthly revenue record of $78.2 million during the month of November.

According to the report released by the gaming board, $44 million of all revenues were generated by parlay wagers with Illinois casino users and bettors placing over $166.4 million in parlay wagers during the month. Sportsbooks held a record-breaking 26.5% on these types of bets.

As a result of the record-breaking revenues, the state collected over $12.7 million in taxes, another state record.

Mobile sports betting accounted for 95.7% of all betting activity as gamblers placed $746 million in wagers through online sportsbooks. DraftKings dominated the market with a 38% share of all mobile sports bets as its customers wagered over $283.8 million through the DraftKings app.
