The Netherlands Gaming Authority, Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), has initiated weekly financial penalties to Sarah Eternal SRL for offering unlicensed online gambling in to Dutch players.
Netherlands Regulator Fines Casinosky.com for Unlicensed Gambling, the KSA found that the company had allowed local customers to access its online gambling products and services through the casinosky.com website without the required license.As a result, the KSA has informed Sarah Eternal that it must remove access to its site within the Netherlands and has imposed a weekly fine of €280,000. The maximum fine the company will face is €840,000.

Previously, in July 2023, the Netherlands enacted a law against untargeted gambling advertising. This law bans mass advertising across television, radio, and print media, and also prohibits sports sponsorships, though a transitional period is currently in place for existing agreements.
