Health Bureau begins shutting businesses as it tackles latest virus outbreak

Macau Closes First Casino Since 2020 Following Covid Outbreak following 13 confirmed Covid cases among the hotel’s staff and confirmed the hotel as the 18th COVID cluster in the island territory.

This is the first time since 2020 that a casino has been forced to close its doors due to a Covid outbreak as Macau struggles with what has been reported as the worst outbreak since the start of the pandemic.
