Retail sports bets amounted to $18.3 million at Detroit’s three commercial sportsbook located in the city’s casinos. This was a 25% drop on June’s handle.
Barstool Sportsbook at Greektown led the retail market taking in $8.6 million in bets while the BetMGM Sportsbook at MGM Grand Detroit accepted $5.2 million in wagers. The FanDuel Sportsbook at MotorCity placed third in the retail market accepting $4.5 million in bets throughout the month.
This was the third month in 2021 that Barstool has led the retail market with FanDuel leading in the other three months of the year so far.
