Australian sports-betting provider PointsBet has received official approval as a regulated online sportsbook in Ontario from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

PointsBet First Fully Licensed Sportsbook Approved for Ontario Launch by AGCO.According to the AGCO, iGaming in Ontario is expected to generate gross revenues of around $1 billion CAD in the first year alone.
