PointsBet was permitted to launch its online casino in the state thanks to a partnership agreement with the Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races.
West Virginia becomes the third state that PointsBet casino is now available in following successful launches in Michigan in May of 2021 and New Jersey in July of 2021.
