The latest monthly revenue report from the Virginia Lottery shows that the state’s licensed sports betting operators reported accepting a combined total of $293.8 million in wagers during the month of September.

The state’s gamblers won a combined total of $262.9 million for the month resulting in a 10.53% win for sports betting operators, up from the 9.85% reported in the previous month. This brings the total amount won by Virginian sports fans to $1.78 billion.
The month saw operators report bonuses and promotions totaling $17.4 million and other deductions of $3.1 million. This resulted in adjusted gross revenue (AGR) of $10.3 million, up 18.4% on the previous month.
