The ACMA requested that local internet service providers block the websites effectively restricting their ability to offer games and services to Australian gamblers. The nine websites that are in breach of the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 are:

Earlier in August of 2022, the ACMA warned iGaming software provider Proxous — which sub-licenses Real Time Gaming software — against supplying unlicensed gambling websites. This was the first time that the ACMA took direct action against an iGaming supplier as it steps up its efforts to limit market access for unlicensed betting sites.
