The Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) has released its latest monthly revenue reports revealing that the state’s licensed sports betting operators accepted $497.5 million in wagers throughout the month of October, a 28.6% increase on September’s figures.

Mobile sports wagers accounted for 93.1% of all sports betting activity as online sportsbooks accepted a new all-time high of $463.3 million in wagers during the month. This beat the previous record set in March 2021 by 28.8%.

Online casinos in Michigan also enjoyed a good month with internet gaming gross receipts amounting to $103.6 million, up slightly from the $102.4 million posted in the previous month. This is the third month in a row that Michigan online casinos have set a new record for revenue.
