The Ohio Casino Control Commission (OCCC) has approved a further round of Class C gaming licenses including one for a Toledo-based UBetOhio, FanDuel, and Barstool the Latest Companies Approved for Sports Betting in Ohio while UBetOhio, FanDuel, and Barstool the Latest Companies Approved for Sports Betting in Ohio and Barstool Sportsbook were also approved for mobile sports betting.
UBetOhio sells self-service betting kiosks to bars, bowling alleys and other establishments and is now fully approved for the launch of legal sports betting in Ohio on January 1st, 2023.

Much like all betting machines approved for launch in the state, UBetOhio’s kiosks offer betting on moneylines, point spreads, over/unders and parlays. Bettors are limited to a weekly wagering limit of $700 according to state legislation.
UBetOhio, FanDuel, and Barstool the Latest Companies Approved for Sports Betting in Ohio and websites in the state. Barstool was also approved to launch a retail sportsbook at Hollywood Casino in Toledo.This year the commission has already approved over 300 sports betting licenses including licenses for three professional sports teams. All approved sports betting operators can be views on the OCCC’s list. There are now over 800 approved locations for sports betting in Ohio some of which are supermarkets.
